We are committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your Off the map online purchase, simply return it to us within 30 days. Through our easy returns process and we will issue you a refund or exchange for the product.
Goods must not have been used, washed, or damaged in any way.

Do I pay the postage costs when returning something to Off the map.
Currently we are offering free (limited time only) and easy returns ( Australia & NZ), meaning that the process is simplified and free when returning any product purchased online meeting the requirements. All you need is your online order number. This does not include warranty claims or repair items, the postage costs of these must be paid by the customer.
International buyers please email us and we will do our best to find a solution.

Returning an online order

Sale items can not be returned for a refund, but can be exchanged or returned for a Off the map credit voucher.

If you purchased your item from www.offthemapsailing.com you must initiate the return of your item within 14 days of receiving of your order. You will need your order number, which can be found on your order confirmation email or on the delivery packaging.

We are happy to exchange or refund a product provided it is returned to us in fully resalable condition. If this is not the case, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange on the item.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the product to Off the map from international locations excluding NZ.

We will cover the cost of shipping the exchange item back to you.
Faulty / Damaged or Defective products:

If there is a fault in the quality of workmanship or fabrication of your Off the map product, we will happily replace it at our cost no matter where you are in the world.

All returns will be handled in line with Australian consumer law .
